SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch Times

We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. For same day dispatch, orders must be placed by 1:00pm AEDT. Excludes public holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent express via Australia Post and include tracking & signature on delivery. However, if the Australia Post driver deems your location to be safe, they may leave your parcel without a signature. We are not liable for the driver's actions.

Liability

Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, KCJ Partners Pty Ltd (trading as Noon to Night) is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.

Missing Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with Australia Post here.

Returned Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for further shipping costs. To have your parcel resent, you will need to cover the postage cost. KCJ Partners Pty Ltd will invoice you the cost of postage. Unfortunately we are also charged a fee when your parcel is returned to sender.

Pre Order Items

All preorder items will be sent at a later date as specified on the product page.

Any items added together with your preorder item will be sent at the same time when your preorder item is ready to ship.

We recommend keeping track of your parcel to avoid it being left outdoors, especially during extreme weather conditions. We have signature on delivery for all orders, though depending on your driver, some may still leave parcels without obtaining a signature.
