How it started

It began in my Melbourne book club. We’d laugh, debate, and sometimes hit those awkward silences when the conversation ran out. I wanted something to keep the energy flowing - not just for us, but for readers everywhere. So I started writing prompts. What began as a few scribbled questions grew into a complete deck designed to make every chat richer, funnier, and more meaningful.

What it is now

Today, Noon to Night is a beautifully designed deck of 50 unique prompts that work with any genre - from cosy mysteries to epic fantasy, memoirs to modern romance. Each question is crafted to spark new perspectives, lively debates, and those “I never thought of it that way” moments.

Locally designed, beautifully made

The deck is a true Melbourne collaboration. The graphic design was brought to life by Chloe Richardson from Chloe Richardson Creative, and the card back artwork was illustrated by Melbourne artist Emily Snowdon. Every detail has been thoughtfully created so the cards are as beautiful to hold as they are to use.
